摘要
在地下室顶板及楼层板的后浇带施工中,传统的钢管和模板后浇带支撑体系存在材料利用率差、架体维护难度大、后浇带两侧梁板容易产生较大变形等缺陷。为了消除传统后浇带支撑体系的不利因素,达到后浇带封闭前的结构安全,本人结合以往的工程经验对传统后浇带模板支撑体系进行了优化,提出了后浇带两侧梁端加设混凝土构造柱临时支撑的方案,取得了良好的效果。
In the post - casting belt construction of the basement roof and the floor slab, the traditional steel pipe and formwork supporting system has defects such as poor material utilization, difficulty in maintenance, and leading to large deformation of the two sides of the post pouring belt. In order to eliminate the unfavorable factors of the traditional post pouring belt support system, and to ensure the structural safety at closure of the post pouring belt, combined with the experience of the past, we have optimized the supporting system of the post pouring belt, and put forward the scheme of the temporary support of the concrete structure column on both sides of the pouring belt, and achieved good results.
