Study on development of tourist real estate leading by self- driving tours——Practical experience and exploration of "self- tourism town" in Wuyi Mountain City

旅游地产是我国房地产发展推动下而产生的新兴地产类别,是房地产开发多元化的一个重要分支,势必将成为一种可持续发展的行业。本文结合武夷山"自遊小镇"项目的建设,尝试对旅游地产项目建设的规范、业态的丰富、运营网络的形成、品牌的建设、环境保护意识的培养进行深入探究。

Self - driving tour is a new emerging kind of landed property promoting by development of Chinese real estate, it is an important branch of development of multiple element of real estate, and it certainly will become a sustainable development industry. Construction code of tourist real estate project, enriching of industry status, formation of operation network, construction of brand, development of consciousness on environment will be investigated in this article combining with construction of ＂self- tourism town＂ in Wuyi Mountain City.
