摘要
目的探讨高寒缺氧环境对医学救援人员手术操作的影响。方法采用动物手术模式,根据手术操作考核细则进行评分,记录平原和高原环境下医学救援人员操作前后心率变化,操作后的心率恢复时间和疲劳量表-14(Fatigue Scale-14,FS-14)评分等,初步评估医学救援人员在高原环境救治能力的变化。结果 (1)与平原相比,高原环境医学救援人员手术操作用时显著延长(t=9.59,P<0.001);手术评分显著降低(t=6.96,P<0.001);(2)与平原相比,高原环境医学救援人员手术操作前后心率变化明显加大(t=7.46,P<0.001);手术操作后心率恢复时间明显延长(t=19.45,P<0.001);(3)与平原相比,高原环境医学救援人员手术操作后疲劳程度明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高寒缺氧对医学救援人员生理、心理产生明显影响,导致其工作能力下降,因此要完成与平原地区相同的救治工作量,就必须对医学救援人员进行合理配置。
Objective To explore the effects of alpine hypoxia environment on the surgical operation ability of medical relief personnel. Methods Animal operation was stimulated in different altitudes, including plain (60 m), plateau(4426 m) and the changes of heart rate of medical relief personnel before and after the surgical operation, recovery time of heart rate after the surgical operation, and Fatigue Scale- 14(FS- 14) score were recorded, which were used for preliminary evaluation of the treatment ability changes of medical relief personnel on plateau area. Results Firstly, the differences of operational ratings and their used time were both significant between plain and plateau (P 〈 0.05); secondly, the differences of heart rate changes of medical relief personnel before and after the surgery and their recovery time after the surgery were both significant between plain and plateau (P 〈 0.05); thirdly, the differences of fatigue degree ratings of medical relief personnel after the surgery were significant between plain and plateau (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions The effects of alpine hypoxia on the psychology and physiology of medical relief personnel are both significant, so that the staff' s operational capacity are decreased obviously, therefore, to complete the same treatment assignment as the plain, we must make rational allocation of medical rescue personnel
