摘要
信息是一种产生效益的资源,本文以结构洞为背景,研究文化异质性对信息传播的影响,运用SPSS对问卷进行相关分析和回归分析,得出影响结构洞传播信息的文化异质因素主要有情绪智力、行为观念,其影响程度从大到小排列依次为传播效益、风险感知、信息源熟悉度、情绪智力、文化价值观。本研究为信息在群间如何快速有效传播提供了方法。
Information is a kind of resources that could produce benefits. Based on the theory of structural holes, this paper studied the influence of cultural heterogeneity on information dissemination. Correlation analysis and regression analysis were carried by using SPSS on the questionnaire, and draw a conclusion that the factors of cultural heterogeneity which affect the infor- mation dissemination: emotional intelligence, concept of behavior. The degree of their influence arranged from big to small in the order is: transmission efficiency, risk perception, sources familiar degrees, emotional intelligence and cultural values. This study provided methods for information how to spread information quickly and efficiently between different groups.
