摘要
本文在信息—知识—智能的转换视野下研究图书馆职能、图书馆员的能力和信息素养,证明图书馆是扩展人类自身"信息和智能能力"的社会装置,图书馆员的核心能力就是信息素养,图书馆是信息素养教育主要场所,图书馆信息素养教育的功能定位是优化学习者思维。这个目标功能定位解决了图书馆信息素养教育如何应对图书馆外部急速变化的生态环境,信息素养教育回归到图书情报学特质和图书馆员职业智能本质传承上来。
Under the perspective of information- knowledge- intelligence conversion, the paper studied library functions, librarians ability and information literacy, and proven that library is a social system that extends of human beings "Information and intelligence capabilities". Core competence of librarians is the information literacy, the library is the main location of information literacy education. The functional objective of library information education is to optimize learner's thinking. This functional objective solves the problem of applying the library information literacy education against the rapidly evolving exterior environment, Information Literacy Education return to inheriting LIS qualities and Librarian's professional intelligence qualities.
