俞募配穴针刺法治疗原发性痛经疗效观察

Therapeutic Observation of Acupuncture at Back-Shu and Front-Mu Points in Treating Primary Dysmenorrhea

目的观察俞募配穴针刺法治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法将150例原发性痛经患者随机分为治疗组、对照1组和对照2组,每组50例。治疗组采用俞募配穴针刺法治疗,对照1组采用常规针刺治疗,对照2组采用口服暖宫七味散。3组均连续治疗3个月经周期,期间均不服用其他止痛药。观察3组患者治疗前后症状评分,比较各组痛经程度分级及临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为96.0%,对照1组为84.0%,对照2组为62.0%,治疗组总有效率与对照1组和对照2组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。对照1组总有效率与对照2组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后痛经程度分级与对照1组和对照2组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。对照1组治疗后痛经程度分级与对照2组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论俞募配穴针刺法是一种治疗原发性痛经的有效方法。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at Back-Shu and Front-Mu points in treating primary dysmenorrhea. Method Totally 150 patients with primary dysmenorrhea were randomized into a treatment group, control group 1, and control group 2, 50 cases in each group. The treatment group was intervened by acupuncture at Back-Shu and Front-Mu points, while control group 1 was by ordinary acupuncture and control group 2 was by orally taking Nuan Gong Qi Wei powder. The treatments lasted 3 successive menstrual cycles in the three groups without using other pain killers. The symptom scores were observed before and after treatment, and the dysmenorrhea intensity grading and clinical efficacies were compared. Result The total effective rate was 96.0% in the treatment group versus 84.0% in control group 1 and 62.0% in control group 2, and the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly different from that of the other two groups（P〈0.01）. The total effective rate of control group 1 was significantly different from that of control group 2（P〈0.01）. After treatment, the dysmenorrhea intensity grading of the treatment group was significantly different from that of both control group 1 and 2（P〈0.01）. The dysmenorrhea intensity grading of control group 1 was significantly different from that of control group 2（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Acupuncture at Back-Shu and Front-Mu points is an effective approach in treating primary dysmenorrhea.
