摘要
提出了忽略定子开槽的不均匀每极三块halbach永磁电机模型,以主极占比例和极数为分析参数,推导了halbach永磁电机径向气隙磁场分布解析解,并用有限元软件进行了验证。应用气隙径向磁场分布解析式,得到了气隙径向磁场畸变率和基波幅值与极数、主极占比例的三维关系图,研究了不均匀程度对每极三块halbach永磁电机气隙磁场的影响。
An PMSM model with nonuniform halbach magnet which per pole has 3 parts which ignore the stator slot was presented, which used number of poles and proportion of main pole as analytical parameters, the analytical solution of distribution of airgap radical magnet field of PMSM was deduction, then verified through FEA. Basing on the analytical solution, three dimensional map of radial airgap magnet field of distortion rate and the amplitude of the fundamental which variable is poles and proportion of main pole, researching the influence of nonuniform degree of airgap radical magnet field of PMSM with halbach magnet which per pole has 3 parts.
