摘要
采用合金法,通过电子探针微区成分分析和X射线衍射仪物相等实验方法分析确定了Al—Co—Y三元系在873K时部分相关系。实验获得了5个三元化合物,分别为Al7Co2Y、Al9Co3Y2、Al2CoY、AlCoY及AlCo2Y2。其中,AlCo2Y2为新相。Al2Y和Co2Y在三元系中固溶度范围分别为0~8.2at.%Co和0-7.8at.%Al,而能谱分析显示Al在Co3Y、Co5Y和Co17Y2在体系中有很大的固溶度范围,实验测定值分别为31.8at.%Al、32.4at%Al和24.1at.%Al。
With the equilibrium alloy method, the partial phase relations of Al-Co-Y system alloy were measured by the electron probe microanalysis and X-Ray Diffraction. Five ternary compounds i.e., Al7Co2Y、Al9Co3Y2、Al2CoY、AlCoY and AlCo2Y2 were determined in the system. Among them, A1Co2Y2 was found to be a new compound. The solid solubility range of Co in Al2Y is about 0-8.2 at.% Co and Al in Co2Y is about 0-7.8 at.% Al in this system, but Co3Y, Cosy and Co17Y2 have a large homogeneity region, the experimental data are 31.8 at.% Al, 32.4 at.% Al and 24.1 at% Al, respectively.
