摘要
研究了Al-Cu合金在535±5℃保温14 h固溶处理后,在175℃下时效时间对其强度、塑性和微观组织结构的影响。结果表明:试样的伸长率随着时效时间的延长而逐渐增加,对抗拉强度的影响不大。试样在时效5 h时具有较好的强度(485 MPa)和硬度(123 HB),对应的伸长率为3.4%。
The influences of aging time at 175℃ on the tensile strength, elongation and microstructures of Al-Cu alloy after solution-treated at(535±5) ℃ for 14 h were investigated. The results show that the elongation of the specimen increases gradually with the increase of aging time, and it has little effect on the tensile strength. The samples after aged for 5 h have better strength (485 MPa) and hardness (123 HB), the corresponding elongation is 3.4%.
