摘要
以数控机床镶钢导轨板60Si2Mn钢为对象,采用淬火+回火的热处理方法对导轨板进行热处理,研究了最佳热处理制度下导轨板在不同温度下的力学性能。结果表明,870℃油淬+480℃回火是镶钢导轨板适宜的热处理制度,较热处理前的镶钢导轨板的抗拉强度和屈服强度都有较大提升,而断后伸长率和断面收缩率略有降低。当试样加热温度为23-400℃时,随着试样温度的升高,屈服强度和抗拉强度都逐渐降低,而断后伸长率和断面收缩率都逐渐升高。
For numerical control machine tools in the steel-inlaid guide plates of 60Si2Mn steel, the heat treatment system of quenching + tempering for the rail plates was optimized, and the thermal mechanical properties of the guide plates under optimum heat treatment system was studied. The results show that the 870 ℃ +480 ℃, oil quenching tempering is suitable heat treatment system for steel-inlaid guide plates, the tensile strength and the yield strength improve greatly, and the elongation and contraction ratio of section decrease slightly after heat treatment. With the increasing sample temperature from 23 ℃ to 400 ℃, the yield strength and tensile strength decrease significantly, while the elongation and contraction ratio of section increase gradually.
