The experiment of Fe element removing from waste Al melting was developed by fluxing technology. The fluxing-agent is composed of borax, sulphur and MnCl2 (mass ratio was 2:1:1), adding the fluxing-agent into the melting about 1.0%-1.5%, and maintaining 30 min, cart achieve good effects of Fe element-removing.
