摘要
为了提高手机按键板模具设计效率,降低设计成本,采用Pro/E对手机按键板进行三维造型和工艺性分析;计算锁模力并确定了压铸机型号为J113卧式冷室压铸机,将分型面选在投影面积最大处,设计了浇注系统的内浇道、横浇道和直浇道,分别计算了型腔和型芯的尺寸;并采用ProCAST进行了充型过程流场分析。结果表明:镁合金液按着设定的速度和方向填充型腔,在0.018 0 s充型结束。整个浇注过程中没有浇不足,说明工艺参数设置和浇注系统设计合理,对手机按键板模具设计具有重要理论指导意义。
In order to improve the efficiency of mould design and reduce the design cost for mobile phone press keyboard, the 3D modeling and process analysis of mobile phone press keyboard were conducted using Pro/E simulation software, the clamping force was calculated and the Jl13 horizontal cold chamber die-casting machine was determined, the widest part was selected as parting plane projection area, the internal sprue, cross gate and gate sprue of gating system were designed, the casting core and cavity size were calculated using ProCAST. Finally, the flow field of filling process was analyzed. The results show that the magnesium alloy liquid start to fill the cavity according to the setted speed and direction, filling end at 0.018 0 s. There is no misrun in the whole casting process, it illustrated that the process parameter setting and pouring system design is reasonable, and has important theoretical guiding significance to the mobile phone press keyboard die design.
