摘要
针对框架铸件原铸造工艺,采用有限元模拟技术进行充型与凝固过程模拟分析,找出了缺陷产生的原因,提出了两种工艺优化方案。通过对两种工艺方案的模拟分析,确定了最终的铸造工艺。
Using finite element simulation tehnology to analyze original casting process for frame casting during filling,the formation cause of the defects was found out, and two provess optimization program were proposed. Through simulation analysis of the two technology programs, the final casting process was defermined.
