摘要
对高强度灰铸铁化学成分进行了正交试验设计,采用Jmat Pro软件对灰铸铁HT250进行了成分优化设计与性能研究。结果表明,在CE一定的条件下,Si/C比对HT250的力学性能影响最大,优化后的合金强度达258.6 MPa,硬度216 HB。
The chemical composition optimizing design and mechanical properties analysis of HT250 cast iron were investigated systematically by orthogonal experimental design of four factors and three levels based on the JmatPro material simulation software. The result shows that Si/C has the strongest effect on the properties, the properties of HT250 cast iron optimized design can reach technical requirement.
