摘要
为了生产满足使用性能与力学性能要求的铸件,改进了生产中的PHD-26变速器壳体铸件结构。改进后的铸件结构合理,生产出了优质、合格、价廉的铸件,降低了铸件的废品率,节约了金属材料,缩短了铸件的铸造、机械加工工时,同时降低了工人的劳动强度。
In order to meet the requirements of PHD -26 transmission housing castings in useful performance and mechanical property, the structure of the castings was improved. The structural design of the improved castings is reasonable in product quality, qualified and inexpensive castings, reducing the scrap rate of castings, saving metal material, shortening the man hour in casting and machining, and reducing the labor intensity of the workers.
