摘要
T型结构的超声检测一直是个难点。对于非平行翼板结构,由于翼板底面不平行增加了检测难度,造成安全事故。本文采用相控阵超声检测技术代替常规超声对T型非平行翼板结构的检测方法进行说明和展示,提出了灵敏度调节方法和底波与缺陷波区分方法。
The T-type structure ultrasonic testing is always a difficulty. For the non-parallel wing panel, the testing is even harder, since the bottom and the top of the wing panel are not parallel. This will result in the occurrence of accident. The testing process of T-type non-parallel wing panel was explained by phased array testing instead of conventional ultrasonic testing, using the sensitivity control method and the distinction method between the signals of bottom and defect.
