发挥铁路低碳运输优势,挖掘铁路货运场站集聚货源的潜力,推动铁路货运场站向现代物流转型已经成为发展趋势。通过阐述我国铁路及物流发展政策环境,分析中国铁路总公司对铁路货运场站的发展要求,探讨铁路货运场站向现代物流转型的优势。在此基础上,提出推动铁路货运场站向现代物流转型的对策,即带动货运场站货源集聚、强化铁路货运场站多式联运、打造"一网三平台"物流信息生态圈、统筹利用铁路货运场站资源。

Exerting the advantages of railway low-carbon transportation, tapping the potential of freight resource concentration in railway freight yard and promoting the transfer of railway freight yard to modern logistics are becoming the development trends. Through expounding the policy environment of Chinese railway and logistic development, this paper analyzes the development requirements of China Railway on railway freight yard, and discusses the advantages of transferring railway freight yard to modern logistics. Based on above, the paper puts forward countermeasures of promoting the transfer, such as driving the freight source concentration in freight yard, strengthening multimodal transportation of railway freight yard, creating the logistic information ecosphere of ＂one network and three platforms＂ and comprehensively utilizing the resources of railway freight yards.
