摘要
物流企业作为服务性企业,只有提高服务质量,才能在市场竞争中赢得优势。文章基于情绪劳动、内部营销、顾客满意度三个视角,对物流企业一线员工服务质量影响因素进行归纳和总结,从完整性、可靠性、响应性、移情性、专业性、有形性等方面为物流企业服务质量的提升提供决策性建议。
As a service enterprise, logistics enterprises improve the quality of service only, to win advantages in market competition. This study based on emotional labor, internal marketing, customer satisfaction perspectives, summarized the influence factors of logistics enterprises employees service quality, and improve decision-making advice, from the integrity, reliability, responsiveness, empathy, professional, tangibility, etc.
