Transport Speed Analysis in Central Asia Section of Silk Road Economic Belt

丝绸之路经济带中亚段是中国向西出口加工产品和从中亚进口资源的必经之地,有6条国际运输走廊,其中4条穿越新疆和中亚,这些通道的运输性能决定丝绸之路是否畅通。建立时间—距离—成本(TCD)的调查表和EXCEL的TCD模板,收集汽车跨国运输每段的运行费用、时间;活动费用、时间;输入模板,计算4条走廊的4项物流贸易便利化指标。文章主要分析速度及其变异性指标,得出1号、2号、3号和6号及其大部分子走廊的运输速度较快,且交货的可靠性较好。

Central Asia Section of Silk Road Economic Belt is the place which must be passed through when China exports industrial products westward and importsresource products from Central ＆ West Asia; There are 6 international transport corridors, in which there are 4 passing through Xinjiang into the West and Central Asia, the transport property of these corridors determines whether the Eurasian Continental Bridge and the Silk Road are smooth. Design the time-distance-cost （TCD） questionnaire and the TCD EXCEL template for truck to collect the vehicle operating costs, activity costs, time of cross-border transport in each section; input the above data into the templete to calculate the 4 trade facilitation indicators of 4 corridors. This paper makes the analysis on the speed of each corridor and its CV. the results show that Corridor 1, 2, 3 and 6, as well as their sub-corridor have faster speed and better reliability of delivery.
