Study on Supply Chain Partnership and Its Antecedents

文章借助系统的输出是系统要素、要素间联系与外部环境共同作用的产物的观点,将影响供应链合作关系的因素划分为合作关系建立初始企业自身的可控制因素、合作企业双方互动过程中的可协调因素以及供应链企业之外的环境、政策等不确定性因素三类,并从以上三个方面系统梳理了相关研究成果。结果发现,研究成果比较丰富。不足之处在于,相关影响机理以及外界环境对合作关系的影响的研究成果比较少也比较零散,是以后进一步研究的方向。

Based on the theory of systematic framework, the article divides the influence factors of supply Chain partnership into three main aspects that can be controled, can he balanced and uncertainty, and then reviews former research about above three aspects. The results show that research is more abundant. But, the research on influence mechanism and influence factors of external environment of a partnership is less and more scattered, which is the direction Of further research.
