摘要
2015年,中央提出"一带一路"发展战略,芜湖是长江经济带上的重要节点。文章在剖析芜湖港建设皖江航运枢纽的背景下培养面向港口物流专业人才必要性和有效性的基础上,提出在物流管理专业课程理论教学中引入研究型教学模式,从转变教学观念、强调学生的参与性与自主性、注重案例的选择与运用、改变成绩评定标准、加强校企合作层次、加强相关师资团队建设等六个方面,构建物流管理专业研究型教学模式的实施框架,为物流专业人才培养提供新思路。
In 2015, the central put forward "the Belt and Road" strategy, wuhu city is an important node of the Yangtze River Economic Zone- With the background of construction on navigational junction, based on the analysis of the necessity and effectiveness m cultivating specialists in the field of port logistics, this article lead research-oriented teaching mode into theoretical teaching of logistics management professional course. From six aspects, including changing the teaching concept, emphasizing on the students' paticipation and autonomy, paying attention to the selection and use of case, changing assessment criterion, enhancing university- enterprise cooperation level and strengthening teachers team construction, this article implement the teaching model framework of logisctis management in order to providing a new way for logistics talent training.
