近年来,随着医药经济的发展对医药贸易人才的需求大幅增加,医药贸易专业招生规模不断扩大,医药贸易人才培养模式开始暴露出培养理念陈旧、培养目标模糊、培养制度僵化、培养评价片面等不足。基于协同理论,通过对培养理念、培养目标、培养制度、培养评价等要素进行分析,建立有效子系统,发挥新型医药贸易人才培养模式的最大化效应。

In recent years, with the development of medical economy, the demand for medical talents is increasing, the enrollment scale of students majoring in pharmaceutical trade is expanding, but the training mode of pharmaceutical trade talents has appeared many problems such as outmoded concept, fuzzy objectives, rigid system and one-sided evaluation. Based on synergistic theory, through the a- nalysis of the training idea, training objective, training system, training evaluation, establish the ef- fective subsystem, play a new type of pharmaceutical trade talents training mode of the maximum effect.
