摘要
传统师承教育与中医学的人文科学属性及其隐性知识特征完美契合。因此,古代名医大家辈出有其必然性。师承名医、严格择徒;医文并举、融会贯通;随师临证。勤于实践是传统师承的精华,值得考虑在现代师承教育中吸纳融合。
The perfectly conjunction of master-disciple education and humanistic attribute and tacit knowledge＇s characteristic of traditional Chinese medicine lead to many tamous cloctors were appearea in ancient. People were discipling from famous doctor and choosing apprentices strictly; the medicine and literature were developed simultaneously, and they were achieving mastery through a comprehen-sive study and treating the patients with master. The essence of master-disciple education is clinical practice, and it＇s considerable to be absorbed and integrated in the modern education.
