摘要
目的探索与分析互动式健康教育在2型糖尿病老年患者临床护理中的使用方法与实践效果。方法选取本市某三甲医院老年病科2014年收治的同意接受互动式健康教育的2型糖尿病老年患者114例,进行为期6个月的互动式健康教育,采用SF-36量表在互动式健康教育前后分别进行问卷调查,比较患者生活质量有无提高。结果健康教育前后患者生活质量比较除躯体角色功能和情绪角色功能外,其躯体健康、躯体疼痛、总体健康、精力、社会功能和心理健康与六月前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论互动式健康教育能有效提高老年患者主动参与糖尿病饮食及运动治疗的积极性,改善2型糖尿病老年患者的血糖控制情况及生活质量。
Objective To investigate theclinical applications and effects of interaction health education in elderly patients with type-2 diabetes. Methods 114 elderly patients with type-2 diabetes who accepted interactive health education in geriatrics department of a hospital in 2014 were enrolled in this study. SF-36 sealequestionnaire was used to judge whether their quality of lifewas improved or not before and after the education. Results Except physical role function and emotional role function, there were statistical differences in physical health, bodily pain, general health, vigor, social functioning and mental health between before and after the health education( P〈0. 05 ). Conclusion The model of interactive health education for older patients with type-2 diabetes can effectively enhance their enthusiasm to participate in diet and physical exercise therapy, improvingtheir glycemic control and quality of life.
