It is necessary to have the talents, who have professional intelligence as well as good inter- personal skill in obstetrics and gynecology clinical work. This paper states the importance of communicative competence in obstetrics and gynecology clinical work, propose the need for culturing medical students＇ communicative competence and the training methods.
