摘要
随着社会的发展和医学模式的转变,医学实习教学理念和方法包括实习培养目标、教学内容、教学方法及考核方式、对整体育人环境的要求等都在发生转变。医学教育工作者应在实习教育过程中采用灵活有效的方法,对学生进行人文素养及技能的培养和培训,以达到培养综合素质高的医学人才的目的。
With the change of medical model and social development, the idea and method of medical practice teaching is also transforming in the meanwhile, including training objective, content, method, evaluation mode and Hospital culture environment. Humanistic quality is becoming more and more important in culturing high comprehensive quality student. Humanistic quality training should be strengthened by medical educator.
