妇产科“新型混合型临床实习教学模式”的实践

Study of the New Mixed Clinical Educational Mode for the Clinical Education of the Obstetrics and Gynecology

目前,我国医学院校妇产科临床实习教学过程中存在着实习生操作机会少、教学主客体主观愿望不一致等问题,影响了学生实习的质量和效果。针对这一现象,西安交通大学第一附属医院妇产科提出了妇产科新型混合型临床实习教学模式。通过MOOC、机能实验和临床实践相结合的方式,全面提高学生的实习效率,获得了良好的实习效果。

There are some problems in the process of clinical education of the obstetrics and gynecology. Such as few chances for the students to practice on real patients, different objects of the students and the teachers for the clinical training, etc. In order to solve the problems, the department of the obstetrics and gynecology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi＇an Jiaotong University developed the mixed clinical educational mode of MOOC, technical instrument training and clinical training. The mixed clinical educational mode had positive effect on the clinical education of the obstetrics and gynecology.
