摘要 2013年4月,德国开启了工业4.0第四次工业革命,以确保其制造业,特别是装备制造业世界领先地位。为了一步一步地实现工业4.0战略目标,德国全力支持"智能工厂创新联盟"领导的"智能工厂"和"it’s OWL"创新集群主导的"智能技术系统"两个重大研发项目。全面论述了机电一体化系统的发展、智能技术系统产生的背景、技术定义与主要特征。深入分析了认知信息处理3层模型以及智能网络化系统的参考架构。最后,阐述了自适应生产系统解决方案及其应用。 On the April of 2013, in order to ensure that the manufacturing industry leading position in the world, the fourth industrial revolution is started in the Germany. For implementing strategic objective of Industry 4. O, Germany fuUly supports "Smart Factory" projects leaded by the Innovation Alliance of Smart Factory and "Intelligent Technical System" projects of the "it' s OWL" Leading - Edge Cluster. The development of mechatronic systems, the background of intelligent technical systems, the technical definition and the key characteristics are expounded comprehensively. The three layer modal for a cognitive information processing and a reference structure for an intelligent networking system are analyzed thoroughly. Finally , the adaptive production system and its application are elaborated.
