摘要
为满足发电厂对水处理的安全性及经济性的要求,降低工人劳动强度,保证水处理装置的正常运行,设计了基于PLC和3G技术的脉冲高压静电水处理监控系统,实现数据的采集与传输。在发电厂的运行过程中,监控系统将水处理的一些运行参数上传到监控中心,如果运行参数异常,短信报警程序启动,通知工作人员及时采取措施,实现了对脉冲高压静电水处理的监测与自动控制。
In order to meet the safety and economy requirements of water treatment of power plant, reduce the labor intensity and ensure the normal operation of water treatment facility ,the monitoring system based on PLC and 3G technologies for pulsed high voltage water treatment is designed to implement data acquisition and transmission. The operation parameters of water treatment are transmitted to the monitoring center in real time. If the parameters are abnormal, the SMS alarm program will startup to notify the staff to take action, and the monitoring and automatic control for the pulsed high voltage water treatment are implemented.
