摘要
为了分析比较孔板蒸汽流量计与弯管蒸汽流量计在实际应用中所存在的差异,通过对影响流量精度的主要参数进行定性分析,剖析了影响两种流量计测量准确度的重要因素,并结合实际生产情况,比较了以蒸汽为测量介质的两种流量计的优缺点。比较结果表明,不同的雷诺数、密度、压差等重要参数的变化对两种流量计会产生不同的影响;弯管蒸汽流量计较之孔板蒸汽流量计拥有诸多明显优势以及广阔的发展前景。
In order to analyze and compare the differences between orifice steam flowmeter and elbow steam flowmeter in practical applications, the major parameters affecting the flow accuracy are analyzed qualitatively ,and the important factors affecting the measurement accuracy of these two kinds of flowmeters are expounded. With steam as the medium, and combining with actual production situation, the advantages and disadvantage of these kinds of flowmeters are compared. The results of comparison indicate that different effects may occur to two kinds of flowmeters when important parameters changes, such as Reynolds number, density, differential pressure, etc. ; and comparing with orifice steam flowmeter, the elbow steam flowmeter possess many obvious advantages and broad prospects for development.
