摘要 以心血管疾病、糖尿病、癌症等疾病为代表的慢性疾病已成为影响中国居民健康和引起死亡的首要原因，目前中国确诊的慢性病患者已超过2．6亿例。多数慢性病是可防可控的，健康的生活方式和公民良好的健康素养是防控的关键，
