摘要
基于大规模问卷调查数据资料,本文探讨了"老字号"企业信息化建设及其影响因素。研究结果发现:(1)我国"老字号"企业管理系统信息化建设已有发展,但水平相对较低,有待大力发展;(2)部分"老字号"企业存在保守和自满的态度,企业经营好、客户关系好反而会降低信息化建设水平;(3)医药行业信息化程度高,食品行业更注重综合信息化建设,零售和日用品行业更注重网络信息化;(4)信息化建设中依然存在马太效应,越是一线城市,越是具有竞争优势、技术优势的"老字号"企业,越是注重信息化建设。
Based on a nationwide survey, this paper describes enterprises' information situations and examines their influences on old-brand firms. Key findings include: (1) On the whole, enterprise information management system has been developed, but the level is relatively low, in great need to develop. (2) Some enterprises have conservative and complacent attitudes. With the better business situation and customer relations, the buildup of information technology is contrarily lowered; (3) Pharmaceutical industry has a relatively high degree of information buildup; food industry pay more attention to integrated information technology~ while retail and consumer goods industry pay more at- tention to internet information buildup; (4) enterprises' information buildup takes on "Matthew Effect", i.e. the more competitive enterprises they are, the more attention they pay to the brand inno- vation.
