On the Strategy of Improving College Students' Startup Ability in Ethnic Areas under Synergy Theory

协同理论中发挥不同主体的各自优势,各主体之间相互合作、互相推进,从而达到可持续发展目标的核心内容为大学生创业能力的培养提供了有价值的指导方向。从协同发展提高民族地区大学生创业能力的视角,分析我国民族地区大学生创业能力培养的现状与问题,提出提高民族地区大学生创业能力的针对性和实效性建议,对进一步推进民族地区高校大学生创业教育实践,具有一定的指导意义。

Synergy theory provides valuable guidance for the cultivation of College Students＇ star- tup ability, because its core contents are developing their respective advantages, cooperation and pro- motion so as to achieve the goal of sustainable development. This article analyzes the present situation and existing problems of cultivating the college students＇ startup ability in ethnic areas under synergy theory, and also proposes strategic suggestions under the synergy theory to improve college students＇ startup ability in ethnic areas. It hopes to give a certain guiding significance to improve the teachingquality of college students＇ startup ability and guide the specific startup education practice.
