摘要 《国务院关于加快发展民族教育的决定》要求在普通高校、职业院校开设党的民族理论与政策课程,给这门课程建设带来了前所未有的发展机遇,也凸显了相关院校在这一要求下普遍遭受的多种压力。广西民族大学龚永辉教学团队基于国家级精品开放课程的建设基础,打造了具有分形特征的"民族大义56讲"系列微课,初步具备在"互联网+"的高校课程系统中实现"精准滴灌"的位育功能。以系列微课作为分形元的慕课平台,应能以中和位育之道缓解开课压力,从而全面落实国务院的这一战略部署。 "Decision of the State Council on Accelerating the Development of National Education" demands that the course of national theory and policy should be opened in both universities and voca- tional colleges, which brings us great opportunities of developing this course. But this change also brings much more pressures to these institutions. The teaching team, led by professor Gong Yonghui in Guangxi University for Nationalities, has produced a series of mini-courses of "56 Lectures for Na- tional Theory" based on fractal theory. These series are built on the platform of the National Level Open Courseware, and initially complete the function of "knowledge precision irrigation" in the "In- ternet plus" course system of the institutions of higher education. This MOOCS platform, formed by series of mini-courses as fractal unit, should be a proper way to release the pressure of increased cour- ses, so as to support the State Council's Decision.
