主导价值观在德育中的困境与出路

摘要 从改革开放到党的十八大召开,我国的主导价值观被边缘化,其在德育中的困境并不是主导价值观本身造成的,而是我们在理论与实践各层面工作做得不好造成的.特别是由于知与行的分裂,理论与实际的分离以及主导价值观与非主导价值观的互斥,造成了集体主义价值观被边缘化;为人民服务的价值观被当作笑谈;爱国主义的价值观失去认同感.解决这个问题的路径和方法主要是做好三点:即党员干部必须践行主导价值观,给人民大众做出表率和榜样;在思想上必须从实际出发,承认个体本位的合理性;理论上必须面对社会现实,理清个体与社会的相互关系. From the reform and opening up to the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party, China's dominant values are marginalized and their dilemma in moral education are not due to the dominant values themselves, but due to the poor work in all aspects of theory and practice. Especially because of division of knowledge and practice, separation of theory and practice and the mutual exclusion of leading values and non-leading values, the collectivism values are marginalized, and the value of serving the people are taken as a joke, and the value of patriotism is not warmly accepted. The method to solve this problem is to do three things: the party members and cadres must practice dominant values to make the example and model for the masses; must proceed from reality in thought and admit the rationality of individual standard; theory must face the social reality and clarify the relationship of the individual and the society.
