摘要
合理的教师流动可以促进教育资源的优化配置.但是当前我国农村地区教师流动十分不合理,教师流失严重,这使得我国城乡的师资差距越来越大,严重影响了师资配置效率.为此,必须完善教师流动政策,保障农村教师权益;重新定位教师身份,提高教师地位;加强农村学校管理,形成浓郁的尊师氛围;加强农村教师的正确价值观引领.
The reasonable teacher flow can promote the optimized allocation ot eaucauon resources, But at me present, me rural teachers' flow in our country presents a disordered state. It will increase the gap between the urban and rural teachers, and it is not conducive to the realization of education fairness. In view of this situation, firstly we must improve the related policies and regulations of the teacher flow. Secondly, we should reposition the teachers' identities in order to improve the teachers' status. We must strengthen rural school management and form a strong atmosphere of respect for teachers. Finally, we must strengthen the rural teachers' value education.
