脑卒中病人延续护理实践中家庭功能的开发与应用研究

Research on development and application of family function in the continuous nursing practice of patients with stroke

[目的]分析脑卒中病人延续护理实践中家庭功能的开发与应用效果。[方法]将出院的122例脑卒中病人及其主要家庭照顾者纳入本研究,随机分为对照组与观察组各61例,对照组接受常规延续康复护理,观察组在对照组基础上对病人的家庭功能加以开发和应用,对两组干预后的家庭功能评分、临床神经功能缺损程度评分(NFI)、简式Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分(FMA)、简易精神状态评定量表(MMSE)评分以及生活质量评分进行比较。[结果]观察组脑卒中病人干预后的家庭功能评分、NFI评分显著低于对照组,而其FMA、MMSE评分以及生活质量评分均显著高于对照组(均P<0.05)。[结论]在脑卒中院外康复病人的延续护理实践中对病人的家庭功能加以开发与应用,能够显著提高该类病人的家庭功能、康复效果以及生活质量。

Objective：To analysis the effect of development and application of family function in the continuous nursing practice of patients with stroke.Methods：A total of 122 patients with stroke and their primary family caregivers were included in this study.And randomly divided into the control group and the observation group of61 cases each.The control group received routine rehabilitation nursing.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was developed and applied to the family function.Then compared the family function score,clinical neurological deficit score（NFI）,Fugl-Meyer movement function score（short version）（FMA）,mini mental state Rating Scale（MMSE）score and quality of life score of two groups.Results：The family function score and NFI score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The FMA score,MMSE score and quality of life scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The development and application of the family function in the continuous nursing practice of patients with stroke patients outside the hospital rehabilitation,can significantly improve the family function,rehabilitation effect and quality of life.
