多层次护理需求的手术全期护理在腰椎间盘突出症经皮椎间孔镜治疗病人中的应用

Application of perioperative nursing of multi-level nursing needs on the percutaneous intervertebral foramen mirror treatment of patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc

[目的]观察多层次护理需求的手术全期护理在腰椎间盘突出症经皮椎间孔镜治疗病人中的应用效果。[方法]将106例椎间孔镜治疗的腰椎间盘突出症病人依照住院单双号分为对照组(53例)与观察组(53例),对照组接受常规手术护理,观察组病人接受多层次护理需求的手术全期护理干预,对两组干预后的安全度及舒适度进行比较。[结果]观察组干预后的安全度评分、舒适度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]对腰椎间盘突出症经皮椎间孔镜治疗病人施以多层次护理需求的手术全期护理,能提高该类病人的安全感及舒适度。

Objective：To observe the application effect of perioperative nursing of multi-level nursing needs on the percutaneous intervertebral foramen mirror treatment of patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods：A total of 106 percutaneous intervertebral foramen mirror treatment of patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc were divided into control group（53cases）and observation group（53cases）according to even and odd-number of hospitalization.The control group received routine surgical care.The observation group with perioperative nursing of multi-level nursing needs.The safety and comfort of the two groups were compared.Results：The scores of safety and comfort of observation group were all higher than those of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Implementation of perioperative nursing of multi-level nursing needs on the percutaneous intervertebral foramen mirror treatment of patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc can improve the safety and comfort of the patients
