伴发原始三叉动脉及动脉瘤的阿尔茨海默病一例

Persistent trigeminal artery and aneurysm accompanying with Alzheimer's disease: a case report

摘要 患者女,58岁,初中文化水平,临床表现记忆力减退1年,以近期记忆力减退为主,反应迟钝,表现出反复询问某一问题,重复性找事物,地点定向力混乱,找词困难。生活自理,社会功能尚可。睡眠可。行走无异常。无走失。既往糖尿病,已服药治疗,血糖稳定。无痴呆家族史。
