摘要
为准确查找军车交通事故中官兵失误的根本原因,运用认知可靠性与失误分析方法CREAM,在对大量军队车辆交通事故剖析的基础上,建立了军队车辆交通事故"前因"类别表和"后果—前因"追溯表,进而构建出军队车辆交通事故的官兵失误根原因追溯分析的方法模式,并运用实例进行分析,验证该方法模式的科学性和有效性。
To find the root cause of military vehicle traffic accident accurately, after analyzing a large number of military vehicle traffic accidents, the paper establishes antecedent class table and consequence-antecedent retrospective table with cognitive reliability error analysis method （CREAM） , and constructs root cause retrospect method of military vehicle traffic accident. The scientificalness and validity is verified through a real case.
