为了推进我军车辆装备保障人才培训转型发展,归纳了美陆军车辆装备保障人才职业培训管理现状及发展趋势,总结了其具有层级培训针对性强、配备了明确的选拔标准和程序、注重战场装备维修的多能人才培养、强调联合教育培训等4个特点,提出了明确细化车辆装备保障人才培训目标、规范培训标准和程序、加强联合能力培养等3点推进我军车辆装备保障人才培训转型发展的启示。

To promote the transformation development of vehicle equipment support talents training in our army, the paper concludes the current situation and development trend of vehicle equipment support talents vocational management in US Army. After summarizing its four characteristics ： having targeted multilevel training, having specific selection standard and procedure, paying attention to talents cultivation in battlefield equipment maintenance, and emphasizing integrating education and training, it also proposes some enlightenments on promoting transformation development of vehicle equipment support talents training from following three aspects： refining vehicle equipment support talents traing target, regulating training standard and procedure, and strengthening joint ability training.
