Thoughts on Actual Combat Teaching in Automobile NCO Academy

为促进军队院校实施实战化教学改革,培养适应实战化训练的汽车士官人才,在界定实战化教学内涵的基础上,分析了汽车士官院校实战化教学面临的问题;从树立实战化教学理念、突出课程设置和改革组训方式、建设实战化教学的师资队伍、提升实战化教学保障能力和完善实战化考核评价机制等方面探讨了汽车士官实战化教学的策略。

To promote actual combat teaching reform in military academy and cultivate automobile NCO talents, after defining the connotation of actual combat teaching, the paper analyzes the existing problems of actual combat teaching in automobile NCO academy. It elaborates strategies of automobile NCO actual combat teaching from following aspects ： setting up actual combat teaching concept, highlighting curriculum and reform pattern, constructing actual combat teaching staff, enhancing actual combat teaching support ability and completing actual combat examination and evaluation mechanism.
