MRI同相位反相位成像用于肾上腺腺瘤诊断价值评价

Value Evaluation of MRI with Phase Inverse Phase Imaging for Diagnosis of Adrenal Adenoma

目的:探析MRI同相位反相位成像用于肾上腺腺瘤诊断的临床价值。方法:选择2012年7月-2013年7月笔者所在医院收治的肾上腺腺瘤患者20例为观察组,再选择同期收治的肾上腺其他肿瘤患者15例为对照组,对两组的MRI检查结果进行对比分析。结果:两组均顺利完成检查,观察组20例患者中,在反相位上呈现出程度不同信号降低的患者有19例,而对照组15例患者中,无一例出现反相位信号下降特征(P<0.05)。结论:反相位信号下降是肾上腺腺瘤的一个重要特征,临床上在对肾上腺腺瘤患者进行诊断时,一定要结合MRI同相位反相位检查结果,在一定程度上能够提高检查的准确性。

Objective： To analyze the clinical value of MRI with phase inverse phase imaging for diagnosis of adrenal adenoma.Method： From July 2012 to July 2012, 20 patients with adrenal adenoma were selected as the observation group, then 15 patients with adrenal tumor at the same period were selected as the control group, the MRI results of two groups were analyzed.Result： Two groups all smooth completion inspection, the observation group of 20 cases, on the reverse phase presents different signal less were 19 cases of patients, and the control group were 15 cases, no case of a drop in the phase signal characteristics（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The decline phase signal is an important feature of adrenal adenoma, in clinical diagnosis in patients with adrenal adenoma, with phase inverse phase must be combined with MRI findings, to a certain extent, can improve the accuracy of the inspection.
