摘要
目的:探讨冠心病患者体内血浆BNP水平变化情况,为临床提高冠心病诊断正确率及掌握患者治疗效果提供可靠依据,保障患者生活质量及生命安全。方法:将2013年1-12月前来笔者所在医院就诊的52例冠心病患者作为研究组,选取同时间段52例健康人作为对照组。两组均采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测样本中血浆BNP水平,对研究组冠心病患者治疗前后体内血浆BNP水平进行检测对比,并将其治疗前检测结果与对照组进行对比,记录各组血浆BNP对比结果。结果:研究组冠心病患者治疗前其体内血浆BNP水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组冠心病患者治疗后其体内血浆BNP水平较治疗前显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床医师可根据患者体内血浆BNP水平变化情况对冠心病进行准确诊断,并及时掌握患者临床疗效,降低误诊率和漏诊率,保障疗效与生活质量,值得临床相关工作中推广应用。
Objective: To explore the change of plasma BNP levels in patients with coronary heart disease, to provide reliable basis for clinical improve the effect of patients with coronary heart disease diagnostic accuracy and master the treatment, to ensure the safety of patient's quality of life and life safe.Method: 52 patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital were selected from January 2013 to December in 2013 as the research group, 52 healthy people were selected the same time period as the control group.Detection plasma BNP levels of two groups by enzyme-linked immunosorbent(ELISA), tested plasma BNP levels of patients with coronary heart disease before and after treatment, and compared the results of healthy crowd in the control group, recording comparison between groups of plasma BNP.Result: The plasma BNP level of the research group before treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group(P〈0.05). The plasma BNP level of the research group after treatment significantly reduced, the results was statistical significanee(P〈0.05).Conclusion: Clinical physicians can accurately diagnosis of coronary heart disease according to the change of the plasma BNP levels, and timely grasp the chnical curative effect, reduce the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis rate and ensure patients curative effect and quality of life.It is worthy of clinical application in the related work.
