综合护理在消化内科焦虑状态患者中的应用效果

Effect of Integrated Care in Gastroenterology Patients with Anxiety

目的:分析综合护理在消化内科焦虑状态患者中的疗效。方法:将2011年5月-2015年1月笔者所在医院收治和纳入的82例消化内科焦虑状态患者作为本研究对象,根据随机原则分为参照组和综合组。其中参照组患者治疗期间接受基于一般护理原则出发的常规干预,综合组患者接受基于全面护理原则出发的综合干预。对比干预前后两组患者焦虑状态的变化、住院时间和临床效果。结果:综合组患者干预后焦虑状态明显优于参照组,住院时间明显短于参照组,临床效果明显优于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:消化内科焦虑状态患者给予综合护理干预可改善焦虑状态,提高治疗效果,缩短住院时间,值得推广。

Objective： To analyze the effect of integrated care in gastroerlterology patients with anxiety.Method： In our hospital from May 2011 to January 2015 82 gastroenterology patients with anxiety were selected as the objects, they were randomly divided into the reference group and the integrated group.The reference group received care based on the general principles set out in the conventional intervention, the integrated group received comprehensive care based on the principles set out in the comprehensive integrated intervention.Before and after the intervention of anxiety, length of stay and clinical results of two groups were compared.Result： Anxiety of the integrated group was significantly better than that of the reference group, length of hospital stay was significantly shorter than that of the reference group, the clinical results were significantly better than those of the reference group, the differences were significant and had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Gastroenterology patients with anxiety giving comprehensive nursing intervention can improve anxiety and treatment effect, has a shorter hospital stay, is worthy of promotion.
