大鼠全脑缺血再灌注损伤后SnoN mRNA的表达
摘要
在中枢神经系统中轴突的生长为神经元之间的连接奠定了最根本的作用,目前研究发现中枢神经系统损伤后轴突是可以再生的,但是再生能力是有限的。近年来研究发现细胞周期后期分裂促进复合物(anaphase promoting complex,APC)与其调节亚基Cdh1在哺乳动物大脑皮质、海马、小脑等部位的终分化神经元的核内有大量的表达,且具有抑制神经元轴突生长及发育的作用[1];
