Analysis on Academic Literature Utilization of Researchers in Shandong Institute for Food and Drug Control

目的加强山东省食品药品检验研究院图书馆文献资源建设,探究图书馆文献利用规律,对作为知识传播和成果报道的纸质文献(中文、外文)、电子文献进行数据化综合管理。方法对我院食品药品检验领域学术文献利用价值采取适时监控,利用传统方法与现代统计技术对我院人员学术文献利用情况进行分析。结果我院研究人员对学术文献的利用特点明显,具有职业性、先进性、时效性。结论构建适合我院特色的馆藏框架,迎接信息时代的挑战,在服务措施上创新求变,使图书情报管理工作形成一套科学、规范、完整的行业体系。

Objective To strengthen the construction of literature resources in the library of Shandong Institute for Food and Drug Control （hereinafter referred to as the Institute）; To explore the rules for the utilization of library literature; To conduct digitalized integrated management for paper documents （Chinese and foreign languages） and electronic literature, which are the tools for knowledge spreading and achievement report. Methods The utility value in academic literature about food and drug test field in the Institute was monitored timely. The traditional method combined with modem statistical technology was used to analyze the utilization of academic literature of researchers in the Institute. Results The features of utilization of academic literature of researchers in the Institute were obvious, with professionalism, advancement, and timeliness. Conclusion Constructing holding framework fitting the features of the Institute, meeting the challenges from information era, and innovating service measures can help management of library and information become a scientific, standard and complete industry system.
