金黄色葡萄球菌性奶牛乳房炎研究的知识图谱分析 被引量:7

摘要 基于CitespaceⅢ研究了1995年-2015年Web of ScienceTM核心合集数据库所收录的金黄色葡萄球菌性奶牛乳房炎相关的1 797条科技文献,分析了年度发文量,绘制了国家、机构、作者、被引期刊、被引文献及关键词的知识图谱。全世界金黄色葡萄球菌性奶牛乳房炎研究领域的发文量从1995年-2012年持续上升,2013年发文量开始呈下滑的趋势;研究金黄色葡萄球菌性奶牛乳房炎的国家和机构主要分布在美洲和欧洲,大学是该研究领域的主要研究机构;金黄色葡萄球菌性奶牛乳房炎的研究热点集中于病原菌的分离鉴定、药物敏感性检测和致病机理探究,该领域未来一段时间的研究方向将侧重于金黄色葡萄球菌生物被膜相关的研究。 Based on citespace Ⅲ knowledge maps of countries, institutions, authors, cite journals, cite references, key words and year distributions of publications on research of bovine mastitis caused by Staphylococcus aureus are studied, which is conducted on 1 797 international scientific literatures down- loaded from Web of ScienceTM core collection (1995-2015). The analyzed results showed, in research field of bovine mastitis caused by Staphylococcus aureus, the number of published papers increased from 1995- 2012, but it began to decrease in 2013 countries and institutions involved in the research were mainly dis- tributed in America and Europe, and universities play important roles in this field. In addition, the re- search field are mainly focus on isolation and identification of pathogens, detection of drug susceptibility and pathogenesis exploration. And in future time, studies will pay more attention to research of Staphylo- coccus aureus biofilm.
