摘要
成就故事法作为引导大学生自我技能认识的有效方法之一,恰当的引导与运用可以很好地帮助学生了解认识自己就业技能的优势与劣势。本文运用该方法进行个人案例分析并总结出就业技能的分类及优劣,为大学生个体就业技能教育提供方法参考。
As one of the effective methods to guide college students to know their skills themselves,the achievement stories method can help students to understand the advantages and disadvantage of their employment skills. In this paper,the method is used to analyze individual cases and sum up the classification of employment skills,and the advantages and disadvantages,in order to provide reference for university students employment education.
