摘要
以乙酸乙酯为提取液提取烟叶中的有效成分茄尼醇,采用紫外分光光度计(UV)测定烟叶中茄尼醇的含量。通过响应面分析法分析了各影响因素的交互影响关系。得到最佳工艺条件为:固液比1:30 g/mL,提取温度50℃,提取时间26 h,提取3次,烟叶中茄尼醇的提取率达45.21 mg/g,与预测值接近。
The extraction of solanesol by liquid extraction of ethyl acetate using tobacco leaf as raw material firstly. Determined the units extraction quality of solanesol in the tobacco leaf by UV spectrophotometry.Analyzed the influence factors of the interaction relations through the response surface method. Finally got the optimum process conditions of extracting solanesol in tobacco leaf: the ratio of material to solvent was 1∶30 g/mL,extraction temperature was 50 ℃,extracting time was 26 h and extracting for 3 times,the extration amount was 45. 21 mg/g,which close to the predicted value.
